Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at Delex Pharma International, Inc. in Quezon City. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and marketing of our products, specifically for the Anesthesia and Diabetes Care franchise.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology or any health/life science discipline
• Must have a solid background in the Pharmaceutical Industry preferably with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager for hospital products
• Applicants must have the competence to create and implement marketing programs and other-related activities.
• Be able to build or maintain relationships with our Key Opinion Leaders.
• Proficient in brand positioning, market analytics, pricing strategy, and forecasting.
• Can provide training to enhance the competencies and skills of the sales force.

Other requirements

• Willing to travel domestically and occasionally internationally for conferences, fieldwork, or product training.
• Must possess a valid professional license (if applicable).
• Open to assignment or collaboration across related therapeutic areas within the company.
