About The Role
The
Product Manager - Corporate Product Management is responsible for managing and growing the bank's cash management product portfolio. The role focuses on product profitability, strategy development, regulatory compliance, product innovation, and end-to-end implementation. Working closely with sales, relationship managers, operations, risk, IT, and external partners, the Product Manager ensures products remain competitive, customer-centric, and aligned with business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Drive the profitability and growth of cash management products through portfolio analysis, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
- Develop and execute product strategies, marketing plans, and customized solutions in collaboration with Sales and Relationship Managers.
- Lead product development initiatives by coordinating with Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, enhance product offerings, and maintain competitive positioning.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, secure necessary approvals (including BSP approvals), and oversee successful product launches and commercialization.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in product management, transaction banking, cash management, corporate banking, or a related financial services field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate product profitability, pricing, revenue performance, and business cases.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with stakeholders across business and support units.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, regulatory compliance requirements, and product governance processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
