PROJECT MANAGER
We're looking for a startup-minded, charismatic full time Project Manager who can take ownership of projects end-to-end from early scoping with clients to delivery with developers. PMs will start by shadowing the Founder and grow into full project ownership.
What You'll Own
- Scope and clarify client problems
- Create user journey maps, UI drafts, and data flow outlines
- Propose and iterate solutions (not just document requirements)
- Coordinate FE/BE/AI/Data engineers
- Run sprints, standups, timelines, and documentation
- Communicate clearly with clients and manage feedback

- Understand systems at a high level (data input logic data output)
- SME PM / Product Ops
- Has shipped real software features
