Position Title: Loan Product Manager

Job Summary:

• Manages Loan products from conceptualization, feasibility evaluation, development, roll-out, post-launch and periodic evaluation and product re-design (as needed).
• Grows revenues and builds up volumes of assigned product(s) through developing and implementing programs and initiatives for the bank's Loan product offerings.
• Reviews and evaluates existing policies to re-align these and provide structure to address identified risks.
• Reviews and evaluates existing processes and procedures for consistency and harmonization of practice as well as institute process improvements.

Qualifications:

• With Commercial or Consumer Loans handling experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can perform multi-tasking function
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Forward thinking
