Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager – Cloud to lead the strategy, development, positioning, and lifecycle management of cloud-based products and solutions. The role will work closely with Cloud, Technology, Sales, Business Development, and Delivery teams to identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into scalable and commercially viable cloud offerings.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience with solid knowledge of cloud technologies, managed services, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market plans for cloud products and services.
- Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging cloud technologies to develop new opportunities.
- Work closely with Cloud Architects, Solutions Architects, Engineers, Sales, and Delivery teams to translate business requirements into cloud solutions.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept, development, launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
- Develop product value propositions, business cases, pricing models, product collateral, and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with Business Development and Sales teams in customer engagements, presentations, solution discussions, and proposal development.
- Support the development of cloud offerings such as cloud migration, modernization, managed cloud services, cloud infrastructure, backup/DR, cybersecurity, and cloud operations.
- Monitor product performance, revenue, profitability, customer adoption, and market competitiveness.
- Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve cloud products and services.
- Coordinate with internal and external technology partners and cloud providers.
- Ensure cloud products align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and communicate product priorities, roadmap, and business outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Solutions, Cloud, Technology Consulting, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing technology or cloud-based products/services.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud migration, modernization, infrastructure, managed services, DevOps, cybersecurity, or digital transformation is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Cloud Architects, Solutions Architects, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
- Commercial acumen with experience in business cases, pricing, revenue, and product profitability.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and customer outcomes.
Preferred Certifications
- Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud.
- Product Management or Agile certifications are an advantage.
