Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible in the achievement of quarterly and annual sales growth.
  • Spearhead the product strategy, core positioning and successful implementation.
  • Participate in the formulation of sales and marketing targets for the assigned product group.
  • Evaluate the market situation, trends, opportunities, competition related to the development of the product.
  • Execution of various marketing activities such as trade shows, conventions, clinical meetings, and product launches of handled product group.
  • Responsible for the product training of new sales personnel and provides product update as necessary.
  • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, lectures, workshops, and trainings.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree of any Business, Medical and Science courses, professional license is an advantage, but not required.
  • With at least 1-year job experience in Marketing field or 1-year job experience in IN-VITRO (IVD) industry.
  • Should have a high impact product presentation and training skills.
  • Should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Should be self-driven, result oriented, dependable, and trustworthy.
  • Preferably with driver's license and amenable for a long drive.
