Product Manager

We're looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Assets & Liabilities product portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and delivering solutions that create value for customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap planning to launch and optimization

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Risk

• Develop product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap

• Monitor product performance through data-driven insights and continuously improve customer experience

• Ensure products meet regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in banking, fintech, lending, investments, or financial services

• Strong understanding of asset and liability products, customer journeys, and financial ecosystems

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering products from concept to execution

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
