The Product Manager drives the strategy, performance, and growth of the bank's Loans, CASA, and ATM products. This role owns the full product lifecyclefrom concept to launch and continuous improvementensuring products are customer-centric, compliant, and commercially viable. The ideal candidate has hands-on UI/UX experience and can translate customer insights into intuitive, easy-to-use banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies for Loans, CASA, and ATM portfolios aligned with business and customer needs.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify opportunities for product and experience improvements.
- Design and enhance customer journeys, user flows, and product features, ensuring simplicity, usability, and compliance.
- Lead product development and rollout with Sales, Operations, Risk, Marketing, and IT teams.
- Monitor product performance (growth, profitability, utilization, digital adoption) and recommend enhancements.
- Analyze customer and transaction data to drive acquisition, usage, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Simplify and digitize customer touchpoints across Loans, CASA, and ATM services.
