Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager based in Muntinlupa. The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Responsibilities include initiating product strategies, analyzing market trends, managing project timelines, and ensuring all products meet quality standards and customer needs. The role will also involve engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and identifying opportunities for product improvements.

Qualifications

• Product Management, Project Management, and Strategic Planning experience
• Knowledge in Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis, and Trend Forecasting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively
• Experience in the food or ingredients industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in related software tools for project and product management
• Proven ability to work on-site as a team leader, coordinating across multiple departments
