Job Description
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management or supervision

- Can communicate with clients
- Technical knowledge in sintered stone or countertops, IT Products or construction materials.
- Can present and do demonstrations
- Provide pre-sales support to the sales team by recommending appropriate IT products and solutions based on client requirements
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical briefings to clients and partners
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and solution designs aligned with customer needs
- Work closely with vendors to understand product specifications, configurations, and best-use scenarios
- Translate technical features into clear business benefits for clients
- Support sales in responding to technical inquiries, RFPs, and bid submissions
- Collaborate with the sales team during client meetings to ensure accurate solution positioning
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Conduct product training and enablement sessions for internal sales teams and partners
- Assist in proof-of-concept (POC), testing, and solution validation when required
- Ensure all proposed solutions are cost-effective, technically feasible, and aligned with client requirements
- Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams for smooth project handover
- Gather client feedback and market insights to support product strategy and improvements
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors for technical support, certifications, and updates
