Technical knowledge in sintered stone or countertops, IT Products or construction materials.
Can present and do demonstrations

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales support to the sales team by recommending appropriate IT products and solutions based on client requirements
Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical briefings to clients and partners
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and solution designs aligned with customer needs
Work closely with vendors to understand product specifications, configurations, and best-use scenarios
Translate technical features into clear business benefits for clients
Support sales in responding to technical inquiries, RFPs, and bid submissions
Collaborate with the sales team during client meetings to ensure accurate solution positioning
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Conduct product training and enablement sessions for internal sales teams and partners
Assist in proof-of-concept (POC), testing, and solution validation when required
Ensure all proposed solutions are cost-effective, technically feasible, and aligned with client requirements
Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams for smooth project handover
Gather client feedback and market insights to support product strategy and improvements
Maintain strong relationships with vendors for technical support, certifications, and updates
