Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to serve as the product expert for our nutrition portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing product strategies to drive brand awareness and recommendation among healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from launches to portfolio management.

A key part of your role will be leading engagement with the medical community by creating and sharing scientific and educational content that is fully compliant with industry regulations. You will also drive evidence-based marketing by using insights from clinical studies, market research, and key opinion leaders.

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical ,L&D, Regulatory, and Sales, to align on product positioning and communication. This role is housed under Marketing. reporting to the Marketing Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition, or Life Sciences (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or nutrition industries.
• Proven track record in branding, product positioning, and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of HCP engagement and the medical field.
• Experience in team management or supervisory roles.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
