Job Description:
As a Shopee Product Management Expert, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to review feature requests, provide UAT support, and manage end-to-end bug tracking. You will drive effective communication throughout the debugging process, identify and propose temporary solutions when needed, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations and timely issue resolution.
Job Description
- Capable to complete UAT to certify the compatibility of the current environment
- Can handle the request on feature improvement and be familiar with the requirement management
- Being able to understand the system, feature and function mechanism
- Capable to identify the issue, reach out to PIC and potential work plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
- Self-starter and a quick learner, independent and flexible, with strong customer focus
- Strong stakeholder management skills with customer-oriented and execution-focused mindset.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and agile environment, with a willingness and attitude to learn new tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and English speaking is a must in order to collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts and online marketplace operations (preferred)
