This role plays a pivotal part in driving the growth of LG's Residential Air Conditioner (RAC) business by identifying market opportunities, strengthening product positioning, and enabling sales through strategic marketing initiatives. The position focuses on understanding customer needs, enhancing market presence, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners to elevate LG's competitiveness in the RAC segmentparticularly across B2B, B2C, and corporate channels.

The role involves conducting market and competitor analysis, mapping customer segments, developing product strategies, and supporting sales and distributors through tailored proposals, marketing programs, and technical product presentations. The successful candidate will help ensure strong business performance by developing innovative marketing actions, monitoring market trends, and coordinating execution from product introduction to aftersales alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze product opportunities in the RAC category across various market segments, with strong focus on B2B and corporate accounts, to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Conduct customer mapping, market penetration studies, and competitor benchmarking to enhance product positioning and market visibility.
  • Lead market sensing activities to understand customer preferences, technology trends, and emerging product demands relevant to RAC.
  • Develop tailored product proposals and pricing strategies aligned with customer requirements and LG's product competitiveness.
  • Support the sales team during negotiations, client meetings, technical product discussions, and closing of deals to help achieve revenue targets.
  • Create and implement strategic action plans to meet business goals and unlock new market opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution including product presentations, technical requirements gathering, installation coordination, product training, and aftersales support alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, service, supply chain, and channel partners to ensure seamless and timely execution of RAC projects.
  • Support distributors and dealers by planning and executing marketing initiatives such as business seminars, product roadshows, and promotional activities.
  • Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to generate leads, improve product visibility, and strengthen brand presence in the RAC market.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports, market performance updates, and project progress documentation to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies and maintain business alignment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in Product Marketing, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or related roles, preferably in consumer electronics, appliances, or HVAC (advantage).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage high-level decision-makers.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actions.
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong capability to navigate complex client requirements and product-related discussions.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Certifications in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or related fields are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as part of fieldwork, client meetings, or dealer support.
  • Having a car is an advantage.
