What will be your mission

Your mission will be to lead the development and evolution of digital financial products, connecting business strategy, customer needs, and execution. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, setting priorities, and driving the product roadmap, working closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, and other key stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.. The team also collaborates closely with regional stakeholders across Asia, requiring strong communication and product alignment in English.

What will your day-to-day be like

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of digital financial products
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business and customer needs
• Lead, develop, and mentor the Product team, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution, and continuous growth
• Work closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams
• Identify business opportunities and translate them into product initiatives and solutions
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Coordinate stakeholders and align priorities across local and regional teams
• Support strategic decisions through data analysis and business cases.
  
  

What you need to take on the challenge:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Tools
• SQL, funnel analysis, A/B testing, product analytics tools
• Advanced/Fluent English
• Communication: simplifies complexity, tells stories with data for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in Product
• Experience in financial products: digital wallets, payments, consumer credit, or benefits platforms.
