Job Overview
The Product Launch Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing product launches to ensure successful market introduction. The role manages cross-functional activities related to production readiness, supply chain coordination, launch timelines, and deployment execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches
- Develop launch schedules, milestones, and implementation plans
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure launch readiness
- Monitor inventory, material availability, production schedules, and launch risks
- Oversee launch execution including production trials, deployment, and post-launch support
- Track launch KPIs and provide regular project status updates
- Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact launch timelines
- Drive process improvements to improve launch efficiency and execution quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product launches, project management, commercialization, or operations
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or consumer products industries preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
