Job Description

The Product Industrialization Engineer is responsible for optimizing wirebond manufacturing processes to achieve yield, quality, and productivity targets. This role supports new product introductions, mass production, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate of any Engineering course.
Preferably with 2-3 years background in semiconductor manufacturing with exposure to Wirebond or Die Attach processes.
Knowledgeable in yield improvement, process optimization, and root cause analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
