Product Implementation Manager

Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:

You will play a key role in improving and optimizing EWA's product implementation process and turn-around-time (TAT) to improve the speed to market, thus help in strengthening its product portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with other Business Units to understand product requirements and analyze it against backend system functionalities (eBao), in order to recommend the optimized system development.

· Set up products in the backend system, including table-based configurations.

· Develop and Collaborate with Business Units on NB, Post-NB and Day 2 UAT strategy, scope, schedule, and resource plan.

· Oversees, Monitors and Facilitates UAT execution, kick-off, checkpoints, and sign-off.

· Coordinates with TDX on system-related costs and collaborate of cost-efficient solutions.

· Contribute on improvement of working process and product strategy (based on system optimization).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

· Tertiary qualifications in actuarial science, technology related field or any similar fields.

· At least 5 years experience in insurance organizations or consulting firms, with a focus on insurtech development.

· Project management skills, understanding of system set-up and the ability to coordinate teams both within the organization and with external business partners.

· eBao experience is highly preferred
