About the Role
The Product Implementation Head is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of new credit card products, features, campaigns, and platform enhancements. This role ensures seamless implementation across marketing, operations, digital, risk, and partner teams while driving strategic planning, risk governance, and customer-focused delivery. The role also supports product launches, marketing communication, customer engagement programs, and execution of events to ensure strong market presence and product success.
How you'll contribute
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new credit card products, features, benefits, and platform enhancements, and develop implementation plans, timelines, and documentation to support rollout activities.
- Partner with Marketing to design and execute communication plans for product launches, updates, and campaigns
- Manage and execute product launches, press activities, readiness sessions, partner events, and customer engagement.
- Analyze customer insights, product performance, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure customer journey readiness from onboarding to servicing
- Ensure implementation complies with regulatory requirements, policies, and governance.
- Develop presentations, business cases, and stakeholder updates to influence decisions managing implementation projects with structured methodologies.
What we're looking for
- With 10-15 years of experience in product implementation, project management, or program delivery within financial services or credit card products.
- Has strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance frameworks with ability to ensure compliance.
- Has Business Proposal Development skills
- With marketing communications expertise, including strategy and material development for product launches and campaigns.
- With Business intelligence and strategy capabilities to analyze insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with capacity to translate complex product information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- With Leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
