Job Description

Takes ownership of the Wireless/Wireline portfolio
Provides directions, develops strategies and plans, for the products within the portfolio
Defines and updates standard product specifications and service levels based on market trends/customer needs
Ensures profitability of assigned portfolio. Optimizing product costs where necessary to drive profitability
Manages the lifecycle of the products, identifies, assesses, and prioritizes opportunities to define a product roadmap
Consolidates demand forecast within the portfolio, and initiates business viability for potential infrastructure development required to support the demand.
Leads the extended product team (project delivery and support teams) to deliver product specifications and required product experience.
Drives the extended product team to provide all relevant documentation for the products in the portfolio such as but not limited to: vendor contracts/agreements, product deck and product information sheets, product end-to-end process, FAQs, billing-related information, customer experience / journey, training materials, etc.
Provides inputs to segment and trade marketing for go-to-market plans and approach. Serves as a key resource in the creation of marketing materials, client pitch decks, and training materials

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably with IT/Telco industry experience
  • Preferably with Marketing background
  • Possesses an understanding of basic to advanced principles of P&L, Product Management, Marketing, Brand Management, and Project Management
  • Skills:

    • Leadership & Management skills
    • Stakeholder Management & Cross functional effectiveness
    • Problem solving & Decision making skills
    • Strong financial management skil (Profitability and Cost management)
    • Customer centricity
