Job Summary:
The Gift Card Product Head is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of the Gift Card product strategy in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision based on market research, customer insights, and data.
- Lead the development of brand-specific eGift Cards to provide value for business partners.
- Use customer and market insights to recommend improvements and innovations.
Product Management
- Manage all aspects of the SM Gift Card and Passes, including platform enhancements and product activations.
- Oversee product feature rollouts, system upgrades, and platform integrations with merchant partners.
Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, Customer Service, and external partners
- Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.
Performance Monitoring
- Track key product KPIs including sales, redemption rates, and usage behavior.
- Collaborate with data teams to generate actionable reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Sales, Marketing, and Partner Support
- Support Corp Sales and Merchant Partner onboarding, offering product solutions
- Assist in managing store operations, resolving product issues, and overseeing inventory.
- Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of any 4-year Business course.
Experience:
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Product and Project Management.
- Experience with digital and e-commerce platforms for gift cards is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital solutions and technology.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholders.
Communication: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and work with numbers to make informed decisions.
Industry Experience: Preferably from the banking, tech, or gift card industry.
