ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and strategic Social Media Specialist / Product Graphic Designer to manage and grow our
brand's presence across Facebook and Instagram. This role is full-time and on-site in Quezon City.
The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, video/photo editing, and developing long-term brand
strategies that support lead generation and client engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Content Creation & Management
- Manage, plan, and schedule daily/weekly content for Facebook and Instagram
- Create engaging photos, videos, reels, stories, and carousels
- Edit images and videos suitable for brand requirements and platform guidelines
- Write compelling captions and copy aligned with brand tone
Brand & Strategy Development
- Develop and execute a complete social media strategy for the company
- Build brand identity and maintain consistent visual and messaging guidelines
- Identify target audience and create content that attracts large clients
- Plan monthly social calendars and campaign concepts
Analytics & Performance
- Track engagement, reach, and conversions
- Prepare monthly performance reports and propose improvements
- Monitor trends, competitors, and new social media features
Community Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather materials, updates, and promotions
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role
- Experience in basic mock ups of products.
- Strong skills in video editing and photo editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of social media trends, analytics tools, and best practices
- Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize campaigns
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work on-site in Quezon City
- If candidate has equipment, it's better if not, Arena will provide
