Job Description

Our client is one of the leading integrated leisure, hospitality, and entertainment organisations in the Philippines.

Lead end-to-end UX activities including research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and design QA.
Translate business requirements and customer insights into intuitive digital experiences across web, mobile, kiosk, and internal platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA teams, Marketing, CRM, and Operations stakeholders.
Maintain and evolve a shared design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products.
Analyse customer behaviour and adoption metrics, advocating for user-centred design decisions and continuous product improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Interaction Design, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
3-6 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design work.
Experience designing digital products for web and mobile applications exposure to kiosks and internal systems is advantageous.
Hands-on experience working within agile product development environments alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and QA professionals.
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.
Knowledge of usability testing, user research methodologies, responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and UX metrics.
