Key responsibilities include initiating data collection campaigns using ISE's environmental compliance tool, validating supplier data, and collaborating with suppliers and commodity managers to resolve any emerging issues. The Senior Representative will also train suppliers on company's Product Environmental Compliance requirements. Additionally, they must be able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications to confirm the accuracy of supplier-provided material composition data.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Materials Engineering
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experience on material compliance field
- Strong background on material compositions and properties of chemical compounds
- Able to read and interpret Engineering Drawings, Specifications and Material Data sheets.
- Proficient Google suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Gdrive, Gslides etc.)
- Have a basic programming background, able to create macros on Google Apps script
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex
regulatory concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across multiple teams, including product development,
design, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality.
- Well-developed analytical skills, articulate, innovative and confident.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines.
- Has very good presentation skill
- Flexible to work on any shift and in a blended work arrangement (work from home and on-site)
