The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in product content management, product data management, eCommerce operations, or a similar role
- Experience working with product content, product enrichment, catalog management, or digital merchandising environments
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM) tools, or product data platforms is highly preferred
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance product enrichment processes
- Committed to adding value by recommending process improvements and contributing to the team's overall success beyond day-to-day responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and content quality
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Your Daily Tasks
Product Enrichment & Attribution
- Enrich and publish new products within agreed service levels, ensuring complete, accurate, and consistent product records.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes, and digital assets to improve engagement, discoverability, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Supplier, Marketplace, Merchandising, and eCommerce teams to resolve product data issues and align enrichment priorities with launches and campaigns.
- Complete product mapping and attribution in line with trade guidelines, and validate that published products display correctly on live websites.
Content Quality & Compliance
- Ensure product content meets internal standards, brand guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Identify and resolve content gaps, inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and customer experience or compliance issues.
- Conduct regular content audits and recommend opportunities for further enrichment.
Product Discoverability & Taxonomy
- Apply product classification, mapping, and attribution to improve visibility across category pages and search results.
- Partner with eCommerce and Customer Experience teams to support taxonomy, filtering, and categorization requirements.
Supplier Engagement
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure complete and timely product information, assets, and outstanding submissions.
- Guide suppliers on enrichment requirements, content standards, and launch information, including unique selling points, flagship products, and exclusive ranges.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify and recommend improvements to enrichment workflows, templates, and processes that increase efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and support the development of enrichment standards, supplier guides, and internal training materials.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen long-term content compliance, operational consistency, and team performance.
