Role Overview:
The Product Enablement BA/PM is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and product delivery. This role supports the product team by gathering requirements, defining processes, and enabling successful launch and adoption of products across the organization. The BA/PM ensures that solutions are aligned with business objectives, user needs, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with stakeholders across business units to understand needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to collect comprehensive business requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for product and technology teams.
Product Lifecycle Support
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure timely delivery of product features and updates.
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation including user guides, process flows, and training materials.
Enablement & Adoption
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials to equip teams with product knowledge.
- Ensure smooth adoption of products by internal teams, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Gather feedback from end-users to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Process Improvement & Standardization
- Map and optimize business processes to align with product functionality and operational best practices.
- Identify inefficiencies or pain points and propose solutions to improve workflows.
- Ensure that product enablement processes are standardized, repeatable, and scalable.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and product development teams.
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Data & Insights
- Collect and analyze data on product usage, performance, and adoption trends.
- Generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of products and enablement processes.
- Support management reporting and dashboard development for executive stakeholders.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all product enablement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
- Maintain a clear audit trail of decisions, approvals, and product-related documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or product enablement.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, business processes, and project management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
