Product Development Squad Lead

Description:

Responsible for Product Profit and Loss, the Product Roadmap, and the management of customer relationships/needs/preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interfaces with clients to identify needs
• Develops and grows the Product
• Manages the Product Backlog
• Leads the squad in charge of the Product
• Reviews and researches on industry trends and market requirements
• Responsible for the overall profitability of the Product
• Reviews and proposes marketing campaigns to promote usage of the Product

Qualifications:

• Preferably college graduate of Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Business Economics
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of Income Statement and Financial projects
• Knowledge of market research and surveys
• Hybrid work set-up applies
