Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the product portfolio, including sourcing, evaluation, and supplier negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain accurate product specifications, pricing, documentation, and positioning materials.
  • Support product categorization, solution bundling, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, and solution support to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Project teams.
  • Participate in client presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Coordinate demand forecasting, ordering, and inventory monitoring.
  • Prepare product performance reports, market insights, and recommendations for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in product management, supplier coordination, technical sales support, or related roles.
  • Experience in supplier negotiations and product sourcing is required.
  • Exposure to digital display solutions, IT hardware, software platforms, or integrated technology solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and supplier management.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
