Assists in the development, enhancement, and implementation of Parametric and Crop Insurance products to support agricultural and microinsurance initiatives.
Conducts product orientation, training sessions, and educational activities for internal teams, partners, and stakeholders on Parametric and Crop Insurance products.
Provides technical support and guidance related to Parametric Insurance products, crop insurance programs, and agricultural risk solutions.
Supports the design and review of product features, policy guidelines, and operational processes to ensure product effectiveness and market relevance.
Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders regarding product implementation, product concerns, and agricultural insurance-related activities.
Assists in preparing product documentation, reports, presentations, and educational materials.
Monitors product performance and recommend improvements based on customer needs, agricultural trends, and business requirements.
Provides support in field activities, product rollout, and capacity-building programs related to agricultural and parametric insurance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agribusiness, agricultural economics, insurance, business administration, or any related field
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Traditional Insurance, preferably with exposure to Crop, Agricultural, Parametric, or Microinsurance products
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and product-related documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willing to conduct fieldwork, area visits, and stakeholder engagements as needed
Willing to travel and work in different locations for product implementation and agricultural-related activities
Experience working with farmers, cooperatives, agricultural communities, or related stakeholders is an advantage
