Product Development Officer

Belo Essentials is looking for a Product Development Officer (Formulator) to help shape the next generation of skincare products loved by Filipinos. If you're passionate about formulation science and want to see your work go from lab to shelf, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Lead product innovation and renovation from ideation through launch
• Develop and enhance formulations to meet customer needs
• Run stability and microbial testing, and translate results into clear, actionable reports
• Manage the Product Information File (PIF), keeping all documentation accurate and audit-ready
• Oversee trials, validations, and technology transfer to ensure product efficacy and compliance
• Troubleshoot bulk conformities and off-specifications to safeguard product quality

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in skincare/cosmetics; manufacturing plant exposure is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Strong formulation expertise and hands-on experience with compounding process development
• Track record in validation, upscaling, and technology transfer
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• A collaborative self-starter who leads by example
• Open to a hybrid setup based in Makati City
