Job Mandate
Responsible for assisting the Product Development Head in planning and execution of activities throughout the product lifecycle for individual and group insurance, including: gathering customer and sales force insight on product solutions, keeping abreast of competitor product information, introducing initiatives to improve product recall and take up, and closely working with Training, Bancassurance, Marketing, New Business Underwriting and Customer Service to ensure delivery of exceptional product-related customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of product launch materials including, but not limited to: Approval documents for submission to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Technical training slides, Product guide and Product communications plan and introductory promos.
- Assist in the conduct of/serve as resource person during product training programs.
- Respond to product-related queries from the salesforce and from the head office business units.
- Regularly release VUL fund performance updates.
- Assist in the preparation of regular product communication materials to improve product recall and influence product sales.
- Recommend and develop product promotions to influence product sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mathematics, statistics or other business-related fields.
- With at least three years experience in a life insurance company with a background in sales and marketing or operations.
- Knowledge of MS Office technology (MS Excel for calculations, MS Word for documentation or processes and reports, MS PowerPoint for presentations).
- Knowledge of life insurance products, concepts, principles, regulations and practices.
- Collaborative and can effectively create/maintain a working relationship with internal and external partners.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work on site and be assigned in Makati or Ortigas.
