Overall responsible for creating and sustaining optimal product and customer experience for the assigned product i.e. Branch-based retail deposit product, NG-based deposit product, Open Banking / 3rd-party deposit products, Corporate and SME deposit product, etc., including designing innovative programs for future business models or product variants, which will impact the bank's growth and competitiveness both now and in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Draws new market insights and looks for opportunities to grow the business and innovate via thorough research of relevant trends and industry literature
- Must formulate end-to-end product proposals which include business requirements, feasibility studies, profitability analysis, risk management, etc. Will also be in-charge of monitoring the performance of the assigned product, its associated programs and/or product variants through preparation of relevant presentations and post-program review
- Looks after the assigned products competitiveness by continuously enhancing the product features, processes, and customer experience. This includes any product change, rationalization, standardization, correction, conversion, abandonment, and improving the product's operational performance (quality) to achieve the business goals
- Responsible for constantly liaising with internal partners such as system and platform teams, and leads the implementation of the necessary programs / projects
- Role, as applicable, may also include identifying, set-up and managing strategic alliances with internal/ external organizations to help support business goal
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, and other related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in financial services, industry, project management and/or marketing gained from service sectors
