Our Financial Markets & Wealth Management teamis looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Product Development Head.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of the investments, trust, treasury, and wealth product portfolio, including FX and Deposits, by defining and executing strategies that drive profitable growth, expand market share, and deliver a seamless client experience across channels. Success will be measured by sustainable balance sheet growth and improved product profitability, while building a strong platform aligned with long-term Group strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners in a regulated environment, maintaining oversight of P&L and balance sheet performance while ensuring effective governance and control frameworks are in place.

What the role will entail

• Define and execute product strategies across Investments, Treasury, Trust, Wealth, FX, and Deposits to drive growth and profitability
• Manage product propositions and portfolio mix to align customer needs with channel delivery and business outcomes
• Drive P&L performance and balance sheet growth through disciplined performance management and targeted initiatives
• Expand market share in key segments (Deposits and Wealth) while sustaining profitability across all product lines
• Lead cost optimization, marketing execution, and continuous product enhancements using data-driven insights and KPIs
• Strengthen sales culture and governance by embedding structured sales cadence and robust operational and risk management practices

What we're looking for

• Senior leadership experience in wealth and retail banking with strong commercial and strategic acumen
• Proven track record in P&L management, balance sheet growth, and delivering sustained profitability
• Demonstrated success in product strategy execution and driving market share growth
• Experience leading transformation initiatives and influencing stakeholders in complex organizations
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, and project management skills with a results-driven mindset
• Deep understanding of customer insights, local market dynamics, and regulatory environments
