Our Financial Markets & Wealth Management teamis looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Product Development Head.

In this role you will lead the development, management, and profitability of the bank's investment, treasury, and trust products, overseeing the Financial Markets and Wealth Management product group to ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business goals. Through market research, innovation, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and sales channels, the role drives successful product launches and continuous enhancements to meet client needs and support strategic growth.

What the role will entail

• Lead the ideation and design of new products, features, and pricing models
• Drive digital enablement and embedded finance through APIs and partnerships
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product program manuals
• Set and monitor growth and profitability targets using dashboards and analytics
• Review product performance and sunset underperforming offerings
• Oversee lead management, campaign execution, and propose market‑responsive products

What we're looking for

• University graduate from a reputable institution
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills in market research and product performance
• Expertise in financial regulations and risk management
• Ability to drive innovation while balancing profitability and compliance
• Strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and customer‑centric mindset
