Job Description
- Oversee the coordination, follow-up, and handover of new product development processes in the Philippines.
- Maintain a comprehensive product development calendar and tracker.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, ideally within the lighting or hardware manufacturing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic Chinese communication skills are a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis
