Product Development Coordinator

Oversee the coordination, follow-up, and handover of new product development processes in the Philippines.

Maintain a comprehensive product development calendar and tracker.

Achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)

At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, ideally within the lighting or hardware manufacturing industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Basic Chinese communication skills are a significant advantage.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis
