Logistics & Inventory Management: Coordination with Ops for freight/import, delivery tracking, and landed cost evaluation
Order Management: PO creation, payment requests, and clearances, creation of product Information sheet for go-live, ensuring listings go live on relevant platforms
Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Assisting in daily coordination of tasks with suppliers and internal stakeholders (related to product development), support in supplier RFQ, sample handling, and evaluation. Assist in conducting virtual QCs
Market Research - Create a view for competitor research on product spec, market gaps, pricing, etc.
Requirements:
College graduate preferably with a degree in Business administration, marketing, or industrial engineering.
With 1-2 years experience in product development particularly in supplier sourcing and/or overall project management.
Critical thinker and collaborative with a data-driven approach.
Should have the following skills: Good communication and relationship-building skills, Microsoft office skills (Especially Excel/Google Sheets)
