This position plays a key role in managing and enhancing our customer loyalty programs. You'll collaborate across teams to design and implement strategies that boost customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends.
- Design innovative rewards structures and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Operations) for seamless program execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as retention, redemption rates, and ROI.
- Recommend enhancements based on performance data and customer feedback.
- Lead implementation of new rewards initiatives and improvements.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure reward programs align with business goals and customer needs.
- Track and report project milestones and deliverables.
- Partner with IT and technology teams for platform integration.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any 4-year business course
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, marketing, or project managementpreferably in banks or financial services
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working with customer loyalty programs a big plus
- Able to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with stakeholders
