Job Description

This position plays a key role in managing and enhancing our customer loyalty programs. You'll collaborate across teams to design and implement strategies that boost customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer trends.
  • Design innovative rewards structures and features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Operations) for seamless program execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as retention, redemption rates, and ROI.
  • Recommend enhancements based on performance data and customer feedback.
  • Lead implementation of new rewards initiatives and improvements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure reward programs align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Track and report project milestones and deliverables.
  • Partner with IT and technology teams for platform integration.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any 4-year business course
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, marketing, or project managementpreferably in banks or financial services
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience working with customer loyalty programs a big plus
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with stakeholders
