Job Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle from design intent to bulk delivery across Women's Swim, Apparel, Resort, and Accessories.
- Create accurate CADs, tech packs, and BOMs in Adobe Illustrator; manage sample tracking and fit approvals.
- Coordinate fabric, trim, and material development, including lab dips, strike-offs, and hardware approvals.
- Build and maintain cost sheets, ensuring products meet margin, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Manage production timelines and vendor communications, ensuring milestones are met and risks are flagged early.
- Oversee POs, WIP tracking, quality inspections, and shipment preparation in systems like Cin7 and PLM/PIM tools.
- Maintain accurate data and reports for sampling, testing, and costing; ensure system records are complete and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, providing clear updates, fit comments, and follow-through on action items.
- Continuously seek cost, process, and quality improvements across categories.
Qualifications & experience
5+ years in product development/production for global fashion brands, with tangible swim and apparel experience; accessories exposure preferred.
Strong pattern/fit literacy (reading blocks, understanding grade rules and ease).
Expert: Adobe Illustrator, confident in Photoshop; advanced Excel/Sheets.
Solid hands-on with Cin7 and a PIM/PLM; Shopify & Style Arcade exposure is a plus.
