Scope of Work — Growth (WordPress) Pod Designer

The Growth pod owns clients marketing website — the top of the client acquisition funnel that attracts, educates, and converts prospective therapy and psychiatry clients. This designer works closely with marketing, AEO/GEO/SEO, and content partners to turn growth opportunities into shipped, tested design that reinforces our brand mission and vision.

Surfaces you'll design for

• Clinician tools that help facilitate calendaring, patient assessments, and communications
• Clinician AI scribe UI
• Patient portal for scheduling, billing, and chat

How the pod works

• Test-and-learn: testing prototypes and comps with clinicians to ensure we're meeting their needs
• Figma as the source of truth; design reviewed and approved before build
• Accessibility and performance built into every design
• Highly cross-functional — daily collaboration with design partners, marketing, SEO, and content teams

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 3-4+ years of hands-on product design experience, successfully launching and iterating products
• Strong understanding of AI design workflows and how they can help support your work
• Experienced in communicating designs through task flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
• Strong visual design and presentation skills with an outstanding portfolio of relevant design work that demonstrates your experiences, thought processes, impact, and learnings.
• Expert-level mastery of Figma and design systems thinking
• Ability to concept and rapidly execute compelling visual designs and high-fidelity mock-ups with solid attention to pixel-level detail and user states
