Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Delivery Specialist Intern to join our team. You will support the delivery, testing, and continuous optimization of AI-powered voice bots for clients across different industries.

This role provides hands-on exposure to conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and real-world AI product implementation.

What You'll Do:

- AI Bot Configuration & Delivery: Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying AI voice bots based on client requirements and business scenarios.

- Conversation Flow & Prompt Optimization: Support the optimization of conversation scripts, prompts, and dialogue flows to improve bot response quality, accuracy, and user experience.

- Recording Analysis (RA): Analyze bot conversations and call recordings to identify issues, understand user behavior, and recommend improvements.

- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor bot performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.

- AI Model & Feature Testing: Participate in testing new AI capabilities, including LLM-based conversation handling, ASR, TTS, and product feature upgrades.

- Issue Investigation & Resolution: Identify and reproduce bot issues, document findings, and collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to support resolution.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product Delivery, QA, Product, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement.

- Process Improvement: Support the improvement of internal workflows, documentation, and automation processes to enhance delivery efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Linguistics, or a related field.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Interest in AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and emerging technologies.

- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.

- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured documentation.

- Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
