Product/Delivery Manager

Product / Delivery Manager – Secaro

We are looking for a Product / Delivery Manager to join Secaro and take ownership of

product delivery while working closely with our engineering, product, and customer

teams.

You will manage the day-to-day delivery of our engineering team in the Philippines

and help drive the product roadmap, backlog, sprint execution, and communication

across our global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Team Leadership

Manage the day-to-day work of the engineering team, keeping delivery on track,

removing blockers, and ensuring commitments are met.

Run our two-week Scrum cycle, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning,

retrospectives, and sprint demos.

Track sprint and roadmap progress and proactively identify delivery risks.

Work effectively with remote engineering and business teams across multiple time

zones.

Ensure tickets, requirements, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.

Product & Roadmap Management

Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.

Work with the Product Owner, customer team, and customers to understand

requirements, pain points, and product opportunities.

Translate business and customer needs into clear epics, user stories, and

requirements.

Support sprint prioritization across new features, customer requests, technical

debt, and bug fixes.

Keep the backlog prioritized, groomed, and ready for development.

Issue Management & Communication

Triage bugs and support issues with engineering, assessing severity, impact, and

required effort.

Communicate issue status, fixes, releases, and delivery risks clearly to relevant Product Direction

Contribute to product direction and strategy using customer feedback, market insights, and delivery data.

Help shape how Secaro evolves as part of the wider Asuene group.

Qualifications & Profile

Strong experience in Product Management, Technical Project Management, or Software Delivery.

Experience working directly with software engineering teams.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development processes.

Ability to independently manage roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and delivery.

Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working with distributed and multicultural teams.

Nice to Have

Knowledge or experience in Carbon Footprint, ESG, Sustainability, or related

domains.

Experience working in a global organization or with international customers.

Experience with B2B/SaaS products.

Good technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
