The Product Delivery Manager (PDM) leads and coordinates software development teams to deliver high‑impact digital products and platforms. This role blends strong technical understanding with solid project and product delivery expertise to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience managing complex IT or software delivery projects or programs.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and product delivery models.
- Proven experience delivering integrated enterprise or public-facing web platforms.
- Proficiency with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Solid experience in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams across application development, databases, and system design.
- Experience translating business and product requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in fast‑paced, deadline-driven environments.
Certifications (Preferred)
- PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or CITPM (any is acceptable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex software and digital projects.
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, data teams, product managers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Support and coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely acquisition of required goods and services.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements, quality standards, and engineering and security guidelines.
- Facilitate necessary change and deployment approvals prior to production releases.
- Partner with change and adoption teams to support user adoption through communication, training, and measurement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track delivery progress, report status to stakeholders, and lead post‑project reviews to drive continuous improvement.
