What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support and manage enquiries through Zendesk.
- Maintain accurate product and SKU information within the ERP system.
- Support product quality and warranty administration by investigating product issues, coordinating resolutions, and maintaining compliance records.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to support business activities and new product launches.
- Prepare reports, monitor customer service performance, and identify opportunities to improve operational processes and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure product information, website content, and internal records remain accurate, complete, and up to date.
Key Criteria
- Possess minimum 5-6 years experience in customer operations, product administration, or a similar role within a product-based business.
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk and an ERP or any similar inventory management system.
- Experience with product master data, SKU management, warranty administration, or quality assurance processes will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- A proactive communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and takes ownership of their work.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am – 3pm PHT) with onsite daily for first 3 months and transition to hybrid set-up (2 days work in the office and 3 days work from home)
