Job Description
- Responsible for the accurate and timely sales order creation and monitoring of sales volume, revenue, production and delivery schedules for the group/team assigned. Responsible for all the needed coordination and documentation between group/team assigned and operations.
- Provides assistance to account executives and plants personnel in the sales push activity to ensure successful implementation and generation of additional sales.
- Performs variance analysis of sales budget volume and revenue forecast vs. historical trends to assist account executives in ensuring to achieve the challenging budget across all products.
- Ensures continuous operation of the product coordination group by being able to backstop for any coordinator in case of absence/unavailability.
- Performs administrative support to the team assigned and other tasks that maybe perform from time to time within the scope of responsibility.
