EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or any related course. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise telecom or IT, with at least 5 years in managed services or product management leadership.
- Demonstrated track record building and scaling a managed services practice or comparable P&L is strongly preferred.

- Executive presence — able to engage credibly with enterprise C-suite and senior partner principals.
- Self-starter with strong bias for action.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a matrix organization across PLDT and Smart entities.
- Willingness to travel for partner engagements and enterprise client visits (up to 30%).
FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owns and scales the Managed Services portfolio with end-to-end accountability across practice development, delivery framework, governance and capability development.
- Establishes and sustains the managed service practice to address diverse enterprise requirements across industry verticals.
- Oversees and manages the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Managed Network Service (MNS) from launch, commercialization and enhancements.
- Develops and manages the partner ecosystem including technology vendors, system integrators, and managed service partners to expand portfolio reach and profitability.
- Collaborates with Sales, Pre-Sales, Network Operations, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective solution delivery and consistent customer value realization.
- Monitors market trends, customer requirements, and competitive movements to enhance the portfolio and identify growth opportunities.
- Tracks revenue performance, pipeline and adoption of the Managed Service portfolio.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submits weekly program status update and pipeline reports and monthly revenue performance reports to Immediate Head.
- Completes mandatory annual compliance trainings (Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Act, Information Security, Anti-Money Laundering).
- Participates in quarterly performance reviews and the annual performance appraisal cycle with Immediate Head and People Partner.
- Maintains 201 file currency including contact information, emergency contacts, and professional certifications
