Product Business Development

We are looking for a Product & Business Development Consultant who will drive product innovation, market growth, and strategic initiatives within the Corporate Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of insurance and HMO products, including product positioning, packaging, and pricing.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify new opportunities and business trends.
• Develop marketing initiatives, sales support materials, product launches, and promotional programs.
• Analyze business performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support strategic partnerships, new distribution channels, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Actuarial, Underwriting, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to bring projects from concept to execution.
• Develop and facilitate product and business-related training programs for internal teams.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product development, product management, business development, strategy, or related roles.
• Experience in insurance, HMO, group life, health, or employee benefits is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product development, pricing, market analysis, and business strategy.
• Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to turn market insights and data into practical business solutions.
