Product Associate - E-services (Hybrid Work Set-up)

GrowSari is a tech-enabled B2B platform dedicated to transforming the over one million sari-sari stores across the Philippines into comprehensive service hubs for grassroots communities. Since its inception in 2016, GrowSari has expanded to serve over 50,000 stores in 100 cities, powering them with tools for growth, data analytics, and efficient management. The platform provides affordable inventory, working capital loans, and supports a variety of micro-services, such as telco load and e-commerce, enabling store owners to optimize their operations. GrowSari also delivers vital insights for manufacturers and distributors to enhance their strategies, building a sustainable ecosystem that drives local economic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development. Identifies product opportunities and challenges, conducts research, and ideates potential solutions. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to implement these solutions. Launches or improves internal and external tools and features to enhance the user experience within the Eservices platform.
• User Research. Conducts user research with the sari-sari store market as needed, including FGDs, interviews, and surveys
• Project management. Takes end-to-end ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, communicates requirements and timelines to stakeholders, and efficiently executes projects from pilot stage to scaling, retention, and issue resolution
• Data Analysis. Analyzes key business metrics and applies findings to strategy creation in order to continuously grow the Eservice platform
• Program & Strategy Creation. Creates acquisition, usage, and retention programs, and makes strategic business decisions to achieve various KPIs through the data-driven analysis of performance metrics.
