Primary Function: As a Product Applications Management Associate, you will support the execution of product application activities and projects to help achieve or exceed departmental objectives and performance targets. This role focuses on hands-on product application execution, cross-functional coordination, data collection, and analysis to ensure that products meet functional, quality, and market requirements across development trials, process validation, and application optimization.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience in Product Applications, Technical Services, Research and Development (R&D), or Manufacturing within the Food, Confectionery, or a related Consumer Goods industry
- With hands-on experience supporting pilot-scale or plant-scale application trials
- With experience working in cross-functional environments involving Applications, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
- Preferably with exposure to Customer Application Support, Process Optimization, or scale-up activities
- Proficient in Food Product Knowledge and Preparation Methods, Recipe Balancing, Yield Calculation and Costing, Budget Preparation and Control, Consumer Insight, Project Management, Industrial Design, Manufacturing Operations, Packaging Design and Technology, Quality Management System, and Regulatory Compliance
- Willing to be based in Novaliches
