Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and hands-on
Business Unit Lead in the South Mindanao area to supervise and support the day-to-day operations, sales activities, and growth of an assigned product line within the medical devices and healthcare portfolio.
This role focuses on execution, team supervision, and coordination, ensuring that sales targets, marketing initiatives, and operational requirements are carried out effectively. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of leading a small team while working closely with internal departments and principals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 35 years of experience in sales or product support, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
- With supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong understanding of sales processes, client management, and field operations
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Willing to do fieldwork, client visits, and event support
