The Product and Commercial Strategy Head is responsible for owning and driving the end-to-end product strategy of the integrated resort across gaming and non-gaming offerings. This role ensures all products are profitable, compliant, well-governed, and aligned with commercial objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute the overall product portfolio strategy for gaming and non-gaming products.
Ensure products deliver measurable profitability, yield optimization, and player activation.
Write and approve concept papers, pricing frameworks, and launch roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional alignment with Casino Operations, Hotel, F&B, Marketing, Finance, and Legal/Compliance.
